Pest Assassins is looking for a dependable, hard-working and motivated individual for our Sales Coordinator. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for providing quality customer service.

This position will be based out of our Smithfield, RI office. Pest control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with all inbound communication from prospective and existing customers including phone, text, email and website submissions.
• Assist with inbound alerts from technicians and resolve.
• Input customer data into system and schedule inspections and services as needed.
• Resolving customer issues & concerns by providing exceptional customer service.
• Providing exceptional customer service that includes timely and accurate quotes and orders.
• Complete sales transactions, including completion of agreement forms, payment processing and scheduling initial and follow up services.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and email.
• Work directly with both outside sales team and management.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Manage administrative requests and other tasks as needed.
• Effectively handle cancellation requests and manage reinstatement efforts.
• Assist in the daily and weekly scheduling of sales routes.
• Complete and distribute daily sales reports.
