Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

We a Full-time Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for our Brooklyn, NY office (20 min away from Manhattan)

Responsibilities include:
*Examining, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant.
*Documenting and reviewing patients' histories and documenting them in the EMR system.
*Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and educate patient / family.
*Prescribing and administering antibiotics, antiseptics or compresses to treat injuries or infections.
*Participates in daily operations of practice
*Work with the doctor, clinician and administrative team
*Position is for Medical Dermatology, not Cosmetic Dermatology

Requirements:
*Must be licensed in NY
*Minimum 1 year experience preferred in Dermatology
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities

*Seeking a provider with minimum two years of Medical Dermatology with experience - eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, skin cancer, acne and skin biopsies. Steady and full-time position. We will train clinicians in dermatology.
