Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in Pleasant View, Tennessee . Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including children, adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
