Position Details : Embrace the challenge by mastering the use of Okuma 5-axis CNC machines powered by the OSP-P300 Control, where forging components transform under your skilled guidance into perfect parts. Our shifts run from early morning to late night with opportunities for overtime, complemented by a 10% pay differential for the second shift and a sign-on bonus for new team members.

Key Roles You'll Play :

  • Analyze and execute from intricate blueprints and machining instructions.
  • Precisely conduct advanced machining tasks with stringent tolerance levels.
  • Initiate simple operational setups and manage multiple machine tasks.
  • Ensure quality through validatory measures and act on data from CMM reports.
  • Champion problem-solving and process enhancement processes.
  • Dedicate to operational and safety standards for a tidy workspace.
  • Adaptability to assigned tasks beyond routine duties.

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Possesses at least five years' expertise in five-axis machining.
  • Acquainted with Okuma CNC protocol and precision techniques.
  • Exhibits skill in handling tight tolerances with strategic tooling practices.
  • Adept in maintenance and manual handling of heavy parts.
  • Proficient in tooling and geometric techniques.
  • Available to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Excellence in English language proficiency and computer operations.
  • Drives towards impeccable results relentlessly.
