The Senior Manager, GPS Service Delivery Strategy & PMO will be a trusted partner to the VP Procurement Service Delivery, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance across a global organization of 750+ professionals. Acting as a central coordination point, this role ensures alignment of priorities, drives robust business planning, and supports high-impact strategic projects.

This role balances strategic vision with operational excellence integrating business needs, managing governance frameworks, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement across procurement and non-procurement partners globally.

You will be responsible for :

• Lead and manage the annual Procurement Service Delivery (SD) business planning process, ensuring alignment with procurement scorecards, corporate priorities, and stakeholder needs.
• Provide oversight and governance over the SD budget, including financial planning, monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
• Manage, oversee, and govern headcount, staffing plans, workforce planning, and organization change updates.
• Partner with leadership to define, align, and track priorities, goals & objectives, metrics, and definitions.
• Oversee results reporting and drive accountability for delivering business outcomes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000-$212,750. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
