Position Summary :
The District Managers interaction with customers is not only financial or growth-driven but holistic. We want motivated and passionate people who want to provide solutions for our growers and our company. You will meet directly with clients and help them solve problems. You are to maintain current customer relationships as well as develop new clients in a defined sales territory. You will organize distribution, make direct sales, work with marketing, and create research for our product line and fertility program across North America and internationally. The District Sales Manager will maintain and develop profitable customer relationships, while becoming the market leader within their territory.
Territory : North and South Dakota (The ideal candidate will reside in either of these states to best serve and support customers within the territory.)
Areas of Responsibility :
Promote Concept AgriTeks products and our fertility programs
Create customer plans with local growers to conduct yield tests and comparisons with our advanced technology
Partner with other members of our team to innovate and create products to help our clientele
Drive business growth across all customer segments where product use is expandable
Establish and meet sales goals
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of our organizations revenue goals
Document results with clients through data and video
Work well with our agronomists to keep up to date on data trends nationally and internationally
Be involved in the communities you are working in to develop partnerships and relationships
Work with the VP of Marketing to develop outreach to prospect and current clients
Keep CRM system up to date with leads and current clients
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with small and large groups
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience :
Candidates with a college degree, farming background, sales experience, and / or business planning and development experience will be strongly considered.
