How You'll Make a Difference :

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify needs and the necessary level of psychological services.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans through a person-centered approach, helping clients set and achieve goals related to their mental health, relationships, and life challenges.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using effective therapeutic techniques such as active listening and empathic responses.
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources and support networks to foster connection and recovery.
  • Manage transition planning and follow-ups, ensuring comprehensive discharge plans are completed within 14 days.
  • Identify and respond to crisis situations, utilizing accepted intervention methods and coordinating additional services as required.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum : LLMSW or LLPC
  • Preferred : Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LLP, LMSW, LMFT) who can provide therapy services independently
  • Valid Michigan Driver's License required.
