What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of the patient experience, supporting our medical providers and ensuring every visit is seamless, friendly, and empowering.

Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments

Take vitals, perform blood draws, and assist with injections (e.g., testosterone, peptides)

Support clinicians during evaluations and minor procedures

Maintain clean, well-stocked treatment rooms

Review and organize lab results, documentation, and follow-up care

Provide patient education and assist with scheduling

Contribute to the clinic’s upbeat, team-oriented atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)

Skilled in phlebotomy and injections

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Outgoing, dependable, and patient-focused

Prior experience in men’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy a plus
