Schedule Details : Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000.

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you will provide exceptional care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.In partnership with the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you will gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Demonstrated ability to provide holistic patient care and respond to clinical situations.Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical records systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
