Locum General Dentist Needed in SLC | Multiple Locations Available (Hiring Immediately)

Elite365 is currently seeking General Dentists for locum coverage in the Salt Lake City area!

• POSITION DETAILS
• Start Date : ASAP-Ongoing
• Schedule : 3x 12s, 4x10s, or 5x 8s (will look at any schedule availability)
• Locations : Ogden, North Ogden, Providence, St. George
• Avg Patients / day : 12-18
• Ages : all ages, mostly adults
• Cases : Bread and butter general dentistry
• Credentialing : 1 Week
• QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Active UT License
