Job Description :

LPN / RN will provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments, and promotion of team approach to resident care. This position also provides support to Resident Care Specialist / CNAs with resident care and charting.

Duties include :

• Administer and document medications given
• Perform treatments and assist physicians
• Observe, record and report observations
• Assess resident needs and provide care
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements / Qualifications :

Licensed as RN or LPN

Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.

Rate of pay based on Experience.

Schedule :

Part-time

2 : 30p-11 : 30p

5 Shifts Available

Hourly rate based on experience

$1.50 additional per hour for evening & night shifts

Weekend shifts pay : $1.50 additional per hour

Weekends and Holidays : Must work a rotating schedule
