As a Practice Manager, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. You will be responsible for daily operations, practice leadership and setting short-term and long-term goals for the Multispecialty practice.

• Manage practice operations budget, registration, scheduling, visit closing, billing / collection, and clinical information processes and systems are functioning effectively and on a timely basis.
• Ensure effective operations in accordance with established NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG) procedures.
• Determines work schedules, including holiday and vacation time.
• Cultivates teamwork with high level of communication amongst staff.
• Work closely with Directors to implement workflows to improve patient access and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities, tools, etc. with other office and hospital departments / practices and service groups, as necessary.
• Maintain practice standards and adhere to quality goals and other performance criteria including budget to actual volumes.
• Preserve a safe environment including office procedures to sustain a high level of patient and staff safety.
• Performs all duties inherent to managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation, and termination of assigned staff according to NYPMG policies and procedures.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range : $89,000-$111,500 / Annual. It all begins with you.
