This position will be Hybrid - NYC office or Shelton, CT office

Position Summary

• The Senior Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the North America region. This role focuses on preparing reporting, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring consistency in planning cycles. The analyst provides key insights that improve visibility across financial performance drivers, including sales trends and overhead spending.
• This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys data analysis, building reporting tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial insights.

The salary range for this position is $76,000-105,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
