Compensation :
Year one total earnings range from $65,000 to $95,000Base Pay : $58,500 to $85,500
Sign on Bonus (paid out quarterly) : $6,500 to $9,500Profit Sharing Eligibility : Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.5 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2024)Our Story

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Content Manager to oversee and maintain our digital asset content, including images and item information used across our websites and retailer setup systems. The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital content platforms, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. This role requires strong system management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain digital assets, including images, product descriptions, and item information, across multiple platforms and systems.Oversee content workflows and processes to ensure timely updates and accuracy of digital product data.Work extensively within systems such as Syndigo, One World Sync, and IFS to upload, organize, and synchronize product content.Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and IT teams to gather, validate, and improve asset content.Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.Resolve system issues or discrepancies related to product content and coordinate with technical teams as needed.Standardize content management practices across teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.Monitor and report on content quality and system performance, providing insights and continuous improvements.Maintain organized records of digital assets and ensure proper version control.Stay informed on system updates, industry best practices, and emerging tools to improve content management workflows.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience managing digital content, product information, or digital assets.Proven experience working with Syndigo, One World Sync, IFS, or similar PIM (Product Information Management) and content systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with excellent quality control and accuracy skills.Ability to troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail environments is a plus.Benefits
