We're thrilled to offer this exciting opportunity for an Employment Law Attorney to join an established firm in Pasadena, CA . In this role, you'll manage PAGA and Wage and Hour cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and making court appearances.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in the California State Bar

Experience in Wage and Hour and PAGA Class Actions

Contested class certification is preferred
