We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑facing Returns Specialist to join our team and help keep our operations and customer relationships running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

You’ll split your time between two key areas :

• Returns Processing (about 70%)
• Handle communications with customers and vendors to coordinate product returns.
• Physically process returns : receiving, inspecting, restocking, and processing.
• Track and document return authorizations, credits, and exchanges.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between warehouse / logistics and accounting.
• Provide monthly reporting around returns analytics.
• Other Support Role Tasks (about 30%)
• With direction from Purchasing facilitate stock rotations with suppliers.
• Act as a liaison with the Warehouse when incorrect or damaged products are shipped by vendors.
• Freight discrepancies reporting from vendors.
• Support other operational or administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in process-improvement discussions-your insights matter here.
