The primary purpose of this job is to enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, track and record product loss from damage and out of codes, and does all department tasks as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, change pricing of items going out of code, and does all department tasks as needed.
• Unload milk truck, move pallets to cooler, and unload pallets.
• Load U-boat with stocking items, push U-boat to dairy, stock shelves with items, and remove out of code items.
• Move U-boat from receiving or from freezer to aisles, unload U-boat, open freezer door, and restock frozen food items.
• Cut or hit cardboard cartons to flaten them, load them onto U-boat, and take them to the bailer.
