A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney (Remote or Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on various employment law matters including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour laws
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, procedures, and handbooks
Advise on traditional labor issues and represent clients in employment-related disputes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an employment attorney
Experience in a corporate law firm or as in-house counsel is preferred
Licensed to practice law
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
