Key Responsibilities :

Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.

Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized care.

Stay current with industry trends and techniques to offer innovative and fashionable hairstyles.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive salon atmosphere.

Uphold the salon's standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications :

Valid cosmetology license in the state of New Jersey.

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong client following.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.

Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
