As a Dental Assistant at A Lifetime of Smiles, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, learning and growing under the mentorship of four experienced doctors and four talented hygienists. What You’ll Do :
- Make patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits
- Set up and break down operatories with precision and care
- Take high-quality dental x-rays that assist in treatment planning
- Manage infection control, ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Prepare patients for dental procedures with empathy and expertise
- Record medical and dental histories, including patient vital signs
- Perform various office tasks to support patient care
- Provide postoperative instructions and guidance with compassion
- Fabricate temporary restorations and custom impressions with skill and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key
- Ability to maintain focus and energy while performing physical tasks
