Precast Operations Manager

Open to relocation

Individuals with Redimix, Precast Plant Manager or Plant Operations experience preferred.

Manage the Division’s Operations by oversight of Safety, Scheduling, Quality Control, Maintenance, Project Management, Estimating, Dispatch, Purchasing, Training and Housekeeping to exceed company expectations for superior customer service by providing high quality products within the requested deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Strong technical background in manufacturing processes is desired.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
• English language skills (reading, writing, comprehension).
• Five to ten years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities in Plant Operations, Maintenance Processes, Project Management, Manufacturing job estimating, and Financial Management.
• Significant knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other software applications.
• Ability to effectively lead personnel and utilize human assets in accomplishing bottom line focused objectives to improve production.
• Must have the ability to plan, set objectives and goals, prioritize, measure performance, provide direction and meet deadlines.
• ERP knowledge and experience is required.
