Job description
A company is looking for a Training & Onboarding Specialist to assist customers during their onboarding process and ensure successful integration of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate platform implementation and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
Conduct training sessions for new users, covering key features and best practices
Generate enthusiasm among users by showcasing the platform's capabilities and success stories
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in training customers on software adoption or platform implementation
1 year of experience in a software-related or tech product environment
Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in tracking training progress and implementing improvement strategies
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
