Food Service Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager to help operate our child nutrition partnership with schools in Keller, TX.

Candidate will have K-12 public schools knowledge of child nutrition regulations and will work directly with district employees and school sites, implementing signage / marketing programs, gathering customer data through surveys, focus groups, and taste testing.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high quality food service;
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• Create a positive environment;
• Have oversight of day-to-day operations by making sure menu planning, meal pattern compliance, recipes, and HACCP standards are being followed; and
• Create a positive environment, on a schedule that is typically M-F with nights / weekends off.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
