Operations Manager Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
  • Problem Solve and Win
  • Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.

Operations Manager Qualifications :

  • At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
  • 2+ years in high-volume restaurant management
  • Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
  • Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 40+ immediate direct reports.
