Job description
We are seeking a dedicated RN - Rehabilitation to join our team in Livingston Wheeler, NM, offering $1,920 / week.\n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients, assessing needs and developing care plans.\n
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.\n
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical information, and communicate effectively with team members.\n
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and post-discharge care.\n
