Responsibilities

• Develop human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor marketplace trends to inform research and design processes.
• Ensure digital accessibility by applying guidelines, laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and validate accessibility user stories and evaluate prototypes.
• Review designs and wireframes to ensure they meet accessibility standards.
• Mentor team members on the use of assistive technology and best practices in UX design.
• Actively participate in design and testing protocols, and assist with research and response to consumer feedback.
• Develop guidelines for compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
