What You'll Do :

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish

Ensure work meets top industry standards and local codes

Train and guide junior installers to grow their skills and deliver quality results

Coordinate with project managers to keep jobs on time and on budget

What You Bring :

3+ years of HVAC installation experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and safety protocols

EPA Certification (required)
