Overview
Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of behavior management techniquesFamiliarity with medical terminology and documentationAbility to work effectively with a diverse team of professionalsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesBackground in social work, special education, or behavioral health is a plusPatient care experience is beneficialExperience

Schedule : Candidates may select one of the following schedules : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM; Monday – Friday, 4 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM; Weekends as needed
