With a commission-based earning potential of up to $85,000 annually, plus perks like soaking privileges and resort discounts, you'll be part of a passionate team providing world-class guest experiences.

Requirements

Credentials and Experience :

  • Demonstrated experience in bodywork treatments and therapeutic services, preferably in spas or wellness centers
  • CPR certified
  • Holds or ability to obtain a Massage Therapy License issued by the state of New Mexico
  • Carries professional liability insurance
  • Carries workers' compensation insurance
  • Strong work ethic

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven reliability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to train in Ojo Caliente's Spa menu and company protocols
  • Dependable and self-motivated team player
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Hospitality / guest service experience
  • Integrates respect, accountability, integrity, and excellence into all personal and professional interactions
