Schedule : Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts

Salary : $27 - $31 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a Production Assistant, you will support the production team in various tasks, facilitating the overall workflow and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of production schedules and meetings.
  • Coordinate the logistics of equipment and supplies necessary for production shoots.
  • Support the production team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication throughout the production process.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized working environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Document the production process, including taking notes and tracking progress on tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various team members.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using basic office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
