Proposal Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Proposal Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the proposal development process, including writing, editing, and reviewing proposals, RFIs, and RFPs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client requirements and produce high-quality proposals

Report on KPIs and conduct ongoing analysis to evaluate proposal effectiveness for future submissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

3 years of experience in proposal management

Experience in the Life Sciences industry

Proficiency in proposal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
