• Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Experience HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge and experience working on HVAC equipment, strong work ethic, technical expertise, passion for problem solving, and a commitment to delivering a high level of outstanding customer experience.

• Responsibilities :
• Perform maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions, and recommendations.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience by communicating with customers on expectations of service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Update records of each job on an ipad for invoicing, adding parts / materials used, and collecting payments.
• Stay up to date on HVAC industry trends and training.
• The ideal candidate should possess the following skills :
• Previous on the job HVAC Service Technician Experience
• Communicate professionally (both written and verbal)
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Critical thinker.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically able to lift equipment when necessary.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
