Bilingual Payroll Admin
Temporary (6 months, could go longer)
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
Pay : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Duties :
- Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
- Processing weekly payroll and entering Certified Payroll data into multiple platforms
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents both electronic and physical.
- Answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate parties and taking messages
- Providing assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail
- Check email account daily using Outlook.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Matching invoices and delivery tickets in a timely manner.
- Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.
Qualifications :
Ability to work with shifting priorities and positively adapt to change as needed.Data entry skills enter, update and verify data in various databases and systems (Experience in Certified Payroll is a Must)Excellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding Bilingual (Spanish / English) communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Dependability Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations.
