This position works out of our corporate office in Libertyville, IL and supports a region of the U.S. The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST. Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid-working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Service Execution 90%

• Proactively engage consumers via phone and digital channels to introduce innovative healthcare products, demonstrating their impact on quality of life.
• Build lasting relationships by providing consultative, personalized solutions and addressing unique customer needs.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, resolving issues, and recommending products to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and future field sales leader.
• Accurately document customer interactions and insights to support territory planning and market development.
• Embrace feedback and coaching, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
