As a member of the Engineering Team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of cutting-edge industrial robotic systems, reimagining how these systems are built, deployed, and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Help define and build our Monitoring infrastructure to scale a growing number of devices and deployments in the field.
• Create a strategy and implement tools, processes, and metrics to drive Formic’s monitoring structure toward 99.999% availability.
• Partner with customer IT teams to create tools that ensure smooth integration of our systems with customer networks.
• Monitor existing systems and resolve issues as necessary.
• Support provisioning of Monitoring infrastructure on new deployments.
• Respond to issues detected by our automated monitoring infrastructure.
• Monitor Grafana dashboards for any anomalies.
