Overview
Pega Developer / Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join NTT DATA's Pega digital practice in Bangalore, India. The person will work with the Lead System Architect and Business Team to elicit business requirements and design solutions using Pega technology, including Pega App Studio, Pega DCO, and related tools. Strong technical hands-on leadership, business acumen, and effective communication are required.
Responsibilities
- Design and integration strategy for a Pega Application implementation, aligned with transformational initiatives.
- Formulate the overall data strategy for the business solution based on client needs and enterprise strategy.
- Provide guidance and act as the subject matter expert for CSA's.
- Drive best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology.
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies / products / trends related to solutions.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals / objectives.
- Identify and quantify the scope and impact of business requirements and changes on systems.
- Communicate solution options to business owners / stakeholders.
- Incorporate software and system architecture (infrastructure, network) into conceptual designs for scalable solutions.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (solution patterns, frameworks, roadmaps, capital plans).
- Provide strategic thinking, roadmaps, and enterprise recommendations; develop standards and practices where needed.
- Facilitate open, fact-based decision making and mentoring of team members.
- Review work of others and provide guidance to Development and Business Architecture teams.
- Develop innovative approaches to challenging assignments and research industry best practices.
- Forecast and plan resource requirements.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and motivate / lead other team members.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience developing mobile applications using Pega.Strong communication skills to collaborate with business teams and influence requirements.Exposure to product development practices and methodologies.Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.Proven ability to run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions / projects from a technical perspective.Ability to drive process optimization and streamline client business processes.Extensive knowledge of Pega PRPC enterprise class structure, application profiling, and rule types (Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, Ruleset Management).Experience with multi-language localization, UI skins, email listeners, SSO, security roles.Experience with RDA and RPA Pega solutions; familiarity with microservices, messaging, queuing, API patterns.Experience with Agile / Waterfall software delivery methodologies; strong OO design skills.Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed, virtual team environment.Nice-to-have : Knowledge of latest Pega capabilities, Pega Express, UML for business process modeling, JIRA / DevOps, and industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Utilities.Travel
