Automotive F&I District Manager
South Carolina
Summary
As a District Manager with EasyCare, you will generate revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the retention of current EasyCare accounts. Our District Managers nurture existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business and securing contracts, and maintaining healthy relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary account management for smaller dealerships & developing markets
- Work with other District Managers to support larger dealerships and dealership groups
- Management of $1.5M - 2.0M+ Revenue
- Meets established KPIs and expectations of the Role
- Documents required activities in HubSpot
- Sends daily activities reports

Operate in Finance and Insurance and Sales Department Automotive retail role effectivelyEffectively demonstrate the EasyCare F&I processDistrict Opportunity Analysis – compiling, preparing, delivering and following through on agreed upon action planComplete knowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observance of unique dealership guidelinesEstablish and prepare dealership District development plans oriented toward growing wallet sharePresent proposed action plans to executive managers and business ownersPrepare and conduct One / One “in dealership” trainingConduct competency testing with dealership personnelMotorTrend implementation and trainingDealership District monitoringBusiness owner relationship building skillsKnowledge and effectiveness with all EasyCare product benefits and assetsNew Opportunities :

Education and Experience
Prior experience or are currently working in automotive sales management or automotive finance managementPrior experience or are currently working in an automotive vendor settingPrior experience or are currently working in automotive sales and finance trainingPrior experience or are currently working in automotive advertising or bankingBachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED requiredSkills
