Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan files to identify deficiencies and issues

Analyze complex tax returns and ensure compliance with investor guidelines

Train and mentor peers while maintaining acceptable quality control metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Non-QM underwriting

Thorough knowledge of federal and state mortgage banking laws

Expert knowledge of AUS systems (DU, LP)

Experience with Non-QM loan products and guidelines

Proficiency in loan origination systems and software
