Janitor Position

Koniag Operations Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Janitor to support KOS and our government customer in Denver Federal Center Lakewood, CO. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position currently paying $20.25 an hr. All benefits are through the CBA. Our custodial staff is responsible for keeping an office building clean and orderly. Job duties may include but are not limited to :

• Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks
• Emptying wastebaskets / and trash receptacles
• Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties
• Washing windows and glass cleaning
• May have to perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls
