Premier Arkansas law firm looking for a high energy Administrative Support Specialist to handle the day-to-day work for client cases in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in their Little Rock office!
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee a list of clients to contact daily regarding documentation that needs to be completed
- Handle on average 80 out bound and inbound calls
- Outbound dialing will consist of follow up to customers' accounts, account verification, completion of necessary paperwork and detailed research
- Inbound calls will consist of answering questions from customers related to their case
- Provide preliminary legal and administrative support to attorneys and staff
Job Requirements :
High School DiplomaAt least 2 years of customer service experiencePrevious legal experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent computer and typing skillsAbility to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and proceduresThe urgency to provide exceptional customer service$16.00 / hr with plenty of room for growth!
