About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain for its AMC segment. This executive will be a key strategic and operational leader, driving supply chain excellence across a significant global spend portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with divisional VP / GMs to align and execute on SIOP strategies that enhance performance, reduce costs, and build long-term capabilities. A focus on leveraging best practices and scaling across the AMC divisions to drive efficiency and productivity is essential, particularly in support of hyper-growth initiatives. The role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in transformation, integration, and talent development within complex, global manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Supply Chain include serving as a thought partner to deliver cost savings, operational efficiency, and KPI achievement, as well as owning the business results for supply chain performance. The role also involves leading the development and execution of a strategic supply chain roadmap, managing and optimizing global spend, and collaborating with corporate supply chain on enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and leading high-performing, globally distributed teams, and will champion a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and diversity and inclusion. Enterprise collaboration and influence are critical, as the role requires active contribution to supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
