Job description

Position Title : Business Analyst - RMA (SAP & Salesforce)

Location : Austin, Texas (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)

Clearance Requirements : None

Position Status : Long-Term Contract

Pay Rate : $45-$55 / hr

Position Description :

Seneca Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Process Analyst - RMA (SAP & Salesforce) to join our client's team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be a key player in optimizing Return Materials Authorization (RMA) processes within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment .

You will work at the intersection of operations, customer support, and IT-driving process improvements, system enhancements, and seamless integration between SAP, Salesforce, and reverse logistics workflows . The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, brings strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to make an impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze, document, and streamline RMA workflows specific to semiconductor product returns.
  • Serve as the functional SME for RMA-related processes in SAP, Salesforce, and internal systems .
  • Collaborate with Quality, Customer Operations, Logistics, and IT to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates related to RMA processes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and stakeholders on RMA tools and workflows.
  • Drive improvements in reverse logistics, warranty management, and customer return operations .

Required Skills / Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems .
  • 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, operations support, or supply chain -preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry .
  • Proven expertise with SAP and Salesforce in an RMA or reverse logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience working in global, multi-site operations .
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
