We are looking for an energetic and results oriented full cycle recruiter to fuel hiring for our heavy industrial plants. This is a high volume high impact role in a fast paced rapidly growing business. You will partner closely with plant leadership driving recruitment strategies from start to finish to deliver the skilled talent we need to keep growing.
What You Will Do
Full Cycle Recruiting From First Contact to Day One
- Own the entire recruiting process for hourly plant roles from intake to offer ensuring quality hires meet business needs and timelines
- Create and execute market specific high volume sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in competitive labor markets
- Build proactive talent pipelines for hard to fill and high demand positions
- Source candidates through multiple channels including referrals social media job boards community events and trade schools
Strategic Partner to the Business
Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership providing insights on market conditions talent availability and hiring trendsInfluence hiring decisions by sharing best practices process improvements and workforce planning recommendationsChallenge the status quo with data driven innovative recruiting methodsDriving Growth and High Volume Success

3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in manufacturing heavy industrial or other high volume environmentsProven success hiring at scale in fast paced growth driven settingsStrong relationship building consultative and influencing skills with leaders at all levelsExperience using ATS platforms sourcing tools and recruitment marketing strategiesCreativity adaptability and initiative in solving recruiting challengesPreferred
