The HVAC Field Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of HVAC technicians and related workers in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Essential functions include :

• Overseeing the installation and various aspects of new HVAC systems, ensuring all installations are executed correctly.
• Establishing and adhering to safety procedures, providing leadership and guidance to the team to promote efficiency and accountability.
• Supervising and completing the installation and startup of all HVAC systems, guaranteeing proper installation.
• Championing the value of teamwork and accountability within the team.
• Adhering to and enforcing company processes, procedures, and safety policies.
• Following instructions from management and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Overseeing job site preparation and cleanup.
• Addressing and following up on client concerns promptly and effectively.
