Purpose within the Organization :
Assist the Campaign Initiatives Coordinator with project management and administrative duties of the various Student Engagement marketing materials.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose :
- Applies considerable knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to assist in the output of marketing materials (i.e., brochures, flyers, posters, apparel, websites, social media, etc.).
- Oversees project needs and assists in the completion and delivery of these items.
- Maintain an orderly archive of projects and strict schedule for completed tasks as requested by clients.
- Occasionally attend client meetings with the Coordinator.
- Adhere to Grand Canyon University's branding and style guides and ensure consistency across projects.
- Assist with social media or experiential marketing efforts.
- Meet regularly with Campaign Initiatives Coordinator to receive feedback / changes, review upcoming events, assignments and communication strategies.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Knowledge of the design process and marketing strategies.Proficient in project management software and email programsAble to take and receive direction from Student Engagement staff regarding project needs.Able to work well with others in achieving the common goal of highlighting and marketing Student Engagement events.Must be familiar with print and digital formats (native files, JPG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, PDF, etc).Organized, punctual, and have keen attention to detail.Interest in marketing, student affairs, and / or social media.Education :

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program.Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
