Home Solutions Advisor

For 44 years, we've provided effective comfort solutions for thousands of home and business owners across Plano, Texas, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a Home Solutions Advisor to join our Team!

Position Summary : A Home Solutions Advisor's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory. Home Solutions Advisors may start the sales process in the office and generally leave the office for 4-6 hours a day, 5 times a week, to engage in selling or sales-related activities. T his position reports to the Sales Manager.

Pay : Base + Commission

Required Qualifications :

3+ years consultative sales experience preferably in HVAC

Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home

Ability to use Company-furnished technology products

Valid driver's license

Qualifications desired :

5+ years' experience retail sales

Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Good writing skills

Professional appearance

Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills

Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
