Pension Specialist

Job Title

This is a hybrid opportunity and this role requires onsite in-office presence approximately 1 to 3 days per week at either our New York City or Uniondale office locations.

Your Impact

• Reconciliation of Client Broker Statements
• Manipulation of Client Data in Excel
• Processing Enrollments
• Processing Loan Requests
• Processing Distribution Requests (Termination / Death / In-Service / QDRO / Hardship)
• Maintain and update records and databases accurately and securely.
• Respond to client and participant inquiries regarding their benefits, options, and entitlements.
• Liaise with actuaries, legal advisors, auditors, and other third-party vendors.
• Participant in pension plan reviews with advisors.

Transmission of client communications which includes the annual data request package, annual reports, regulatory updates, annual participant fee disclosures and updates to plan fund menus for our client on participant directed platforms.

Successful Candidate Will Have

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $51,800 - $75,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
