We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide pharmacy services and support our pharmacy team on an as-needed basis, helping ensure safe, effective medication management and compassionate patient care. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to make a difference in the community while maintaining a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide guidance on dosages, interactions, and side effects.
  • Counsel patients and providers to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient profiles, controlled substance logs, and inventory systems.
  • Support pharmacy staff and collaborate with the PIC to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide specialized patient support for chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DEA, FDA, and state / federal regulations.
  • Step in as acting PIC during absences, when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Required :

    • PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

  • Active Utah pharmacist license in good standing (DOPL)
  • 2–5 years of pharmacy experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Preferred :

    • Supervisory experience
