Job Description

To establish a therapeutic relationship with clients that enables them to work toward their highest possible level of functioning. To provide counseling services and coordination of care for adult consumers with mental health issues, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring disorders using evidence-based clinical practices. Maintains and manages a caseload of consumers receiving individual, family, and / or group counseling services under supervision. This includes conducting assessments, providing therapeutic services individually and in groups, and offering clinical oversight to multidisciplinary teams. The role involves negotiating individualized service plans, implementing interventions, monitoring progress, and promoting consumer independence and transition planning.

Salary

Master Level No License : $56,000

Master Level Associate License : $72,000

Master Level Independent License : $85,000

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a Master's degree in behavioral health and 1 year of experience
  • Active Associate level license or higher (or able to obtain within six months)
  • Knowledge of human behavior, substance abuse treatment, and social services
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Electronic Health Records systems
  • CPI trained or willing to be trained within 90 days
  • Immunization records or exemption, valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and current BLS certification
