Position : Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care and help us create memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to :

  • Join morning huddles (you can even lead one!) to plan your day and appreciate your team.
  • Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with :

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive team : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
  • An average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

    What We Offer

  • Guaranteed base pay of $900 / day with uncapped earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus of $40,000 - $50,000
  • Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 / month

    • What We Expect From You

  • DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.)
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
